The Paki Maui Resort is a perfect place to relax, socialize, and make new friends.

The condos have been attractively furnished to reflect the casual Hawaiian lifestyle. All units include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwashers and private lanais.

Most one and two bedroom condos feature ocean views so you can take in the beauty of the Pacific or whale watching during the winter months.

Wide doorways in the living room open to usher in the warm tropical breezes as ceiling fans mix the air overhead.

Daily maid service is provided. The gardens offer guests a simming pool, jet spa, shuffle board and barbeque areas.

There is a soft, sandy beach adjacent to the property.

Shopping and restaurants are close at hand as is entertainment.

For children 12 years and younger, there is free admission to island attractions when accompanied by a paying adult.

Hawaii now has a non-smoking law, and the Paki Maui is designated a non smoking zone.

"Great Value" :: Over the years we have checked many locations in Maui for the best accommodations in terms of price and quality. Paki Maui has consistently stood out as a great value! With rooms right along the oceanfront and views of Molokai and Lanai, fresh ocean breezes and a tropical inner courtyard, Paki Maui is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Clean and tastefully decorated, and recently renovated, there is a great selection of rooms with kitchenettes and more than one bedroom for up to four guests. We are taking our entire wedding party there this year! A dependable place to return to, year after year... our family favorite!

"Great Place To Stay" :: Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay - small, but friendly. Loved the mornings watching whales from our balcony. One whale did a full breach right in front of us - awesome. We had a wonderful 12 days in unit #406 - did lots of relaxing, laying in the sun, swimming, snorkeling. Best vacation ever. We'll definitely be back to Maui Kai. If you want a big resort with fancy dining & lots to do - this probably isn't the place. But Maui Kai is friendly, quiet; parking is close; no condo is more than about a 10 second walk from the elevator; ocean view from EVERY unit; swimming & snorkeling 5-10 steps from the patio; convenient to Lahaina & Ka'anapali shopping Our favorite places to eat - Bubba Gumps & Alexander's Fish & Chips - both in Lahaina. Don't miss the trip up Haleakala - one of my favorite places on earth. The road to Hana was fun. Sceenery beyond Hana is beautiful. Small narrow road, but worth the drive. Also enjoy driving around the north side of the island.

"Amazing - Wonderful Trip Of A Lifetime" :: My husband and I just got home from our 7 day stay at Paki Maui. We also stayed in room 302 as I saw another reviewer mentioned. I guess I think your perspective on the room has a lot to do with your expectations. Based on the reviews I was a bit concerned that we'd be unhappy with our choice. Those concerns quickly vanished when we arrived late, after 10 pm and was graciously welcomed by the staff. Upon leaving the elevator on the 3rd floor and hearing the roaring ocean all my concerns were gone. Upon entering our room it was even better, the doors leading to the lanai were open to allow the breeze and the crashing waves was like music. We rushed out and just stood there for a least 30 minutes. Location, could not be better. The room wasn't the most modern or updated but we weren't there to sit around in our room and pick it apart. We woke up and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the lanai and watched whales and sea turtles playing right off our beach. Everyone who worked there or was staying there was extremely friendly. Shops, dining and beach all within a short walk. I can't say enough. Just relax and appreciate the location. The owner of our room was there during our stay and did talk to us about his wanting to get in after we left to reupholster and fix things up a bit. I highly recommend and would love to come back again and again! MAHALO Paki Maui!
