Maui Sunseeker locationMaui Sunseeker - Is a wonderful gay-friendly resort that is getting rave reviews.

For years, the Maui Sunseeker was a good neighbor to the Wailana Inn, itself a lodging of some note.

When the owners of the Wailana Inn retired, it was merged into the Maui Sunseeker, both properties were fenced in together, and the 'Seeker went from being an inn to a 'resort complex'.

This is a good thing, the quality of both ammenities has been retained, just more of it to be enjoyed.

"Quality Accommodations for a Bargain Price!" :: My 1st trip to Maui was fabulous and the Sunseeker was the perfect homebase to come back to after a day's adventures. I had a studio room from 9/13 to 9/16/04. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the room was super clean, modem and beautiful. They even had complimentary snacks when I arrived - nice touch. Highspeed wireless internet. The beach is in front of your door, but across the street. Traffic is quiet at night, so I had no problems, but this was off-season. Highly recommend!

"Easily the coziest accommodation in Maui!" :: We arrived really early on a Saturday in order to take advantage of cheapest fare (i.e. first flight out of Honolulu). The owners were present to accommodate us and even drove us over to a great breakfast place. Situated right on the shoreline in Kihei on the south side of the island, we had a remarkable ocean view. The room was very clean with plenty of amenities. The staff was super friendly and laid back – a distinct island tradition – and offered several excellent recommendations for things to do on the island. We pampered ourselves onsite: hair salon, nail care, Lomi Lomi massage and a jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of sunset – altogether redefining our standards of vacation away from home! We’re gladly recommending this place to many of our friends and colleagues. Snowbirds that we are fast becoming, we’re definitely coming back here very soon.

"Awesome Sunseeker" :: We had a fabulous time at the Sunseeker and would happily stay there again. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing recommendations and making reservations for activities, restaurants, etc. Kihei, the Sunseeker's location, has no real character beyond the beach; on the other hand, it has affordable restaurants and more shopping than you could ever wish for.
