Maui
Kamaole - these
low-rise units sit on a very large tract of land and
are situated in the very south end of Kihei.
This will
lessen the traffic somewhat that goes on along South
Kihei road, producing delays and road noise.
If you think
in island terms, since you can't move offshore, every
bit of ground is precious.
So to have
over 23 acres on Maui is quite impressive!
There are
only 316 condos in the complex, and for the amount of
ground it covers, that is not many.
And the Maui Kamaole does not
just sit there, it takes the land it has and devote
great time and effort into the horticultural aspects
of its landscaping.
Guests walk among fragrant blooming
gardens, lush lawns that look almost painted on, and
whispering tropical foliage that nod in the tradewinds.
If these grounds were magically
lifted and placed in the mainland, it would be a tourist
attraction of itself. Here, it is just another day at
the Maui Kamaole.
The MK is situated across the
street from one of the world's best beaches, the Kamaole
III, which it is named after.
As with all condos in this area,
championship golf courses are all around and easily
accessible.
For shopping and provisions,
Wailea is only two blocks down the street.
The Maui Kamaole draws clientele
from all around the world and there is a high percentage
of annually returning guests.
There
are two pools with Jacuzzi's.
There is also good security,
easy parking and quick access in and out of the complex.
The Maui Kamaole is a great
choice for a honeymoon!
