"Best Hotel In Hawaii" :: If you are not happy here, then you are not going to be happy anywhere. The best service you will experience. Father in law's bed was too soft for him and hotel immediately brought a brand new mattress for his room. Kids loved it, especially games room. We also stayed at Ritz Kapalua, but it was not even close to 4 Seasons, which has much better weather and beach. Kids club was great also. Breakfast is incredible. I would say that Faro's restaurant is not the best for diner.

"True Luxury" :: We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in April, and we had a fantastic time. Four Seasons is amazing! We stayed in a partial ocean view room - the rooms are a good size with a huge stunning bathroom. The room was very luxurious though the views could have been better...you could only see the ocean view when stepping out on the balcony. The hotel grounds and pools are beautifully maintained. You can reach the beautiful beach by just walking down the stairs at the main pool. We tried two restaurants at resort Spago and Duo - both served great food though Spagos should not be missed - everything was delicious. The hotel offers a free shuttle to wailea shops however to reach the larger shopping centre (which has Macys dept store!) you will need to take a 30 minute taxi ride. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and very accommodating - excellent service! Overall, we had an amazing experience and l would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Loved the Four Seasons" :: My husband and I just returned from a 10 day stay at the Four Seasons in Wailea and it was perfect. I was debating between the Fairmont Kea Lani and the FS and I am so happy we stayed at the FS. Everything was perfect, from arriving with the lei greetings and cold towels to the champagne that was delivered to our room from the hotel because we were getting married in Maui. The pool was great, we never had problems with finding a spot and the service at the pool was always attentive and there when you needed them. Spago was great and the service was good. Ferraro's was really nice and a great view/location. We can't wait to go back for our 1 year anniversary. I recommend the Four Seasons very highly. Maui is beautiful. I also recommend Mamas Fish House. The food was the best and the view and location were unbelievable.
